DELIVERING ON OUR
VISION FOR A
BRIGHTER FUTURE

A HISTORY
OF BUILDING
LEGACIES

Dubai World Trade Centre has helped foster Dubai’s economic diversification since 1979, beginning with the construction of the landmark Sheikh Rashid Tower. This 39-storey building boldly declared the city’s intention to become a global hub for trade, finance and commerce, and this vision has continued to drive Dubai World Trade Centre’s development strategy for over forty years.

The subsequent establishment of the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre, and its associated commercial and hospitality assets, positioned Dubai World Trade Centre as the city’s premier business district. It also provided Dubai World Trade Centre with valuable real estate management experience and expertise to meet the evolving needs of multinational corporations.

COMMITTED TO THE GROWTH
OF BUSINESS IN DUBAI

One Central is a natural progression of Dubai World Trade Centre’s development strategy, in close alignment with its overarching vision and mission. With a track record of projects that advance Dubai’s economic interests and stature, Dubai World Trade Centre remains on mission to deliver “Destination Dubai” with a signature mix of world-class business networking platforms and integrated end-to-end services.

Part of the Dubai World Trade Centre complex—which houses the Middle East’s largest events destination—One Central’s mix of commercial offices and hotels provide strong synergy with Dubai World Trade Centre’s core business. The district will further attract international commerce and financial investment to Dubai by anchoring another landmark along the city’s economic corridor.
